  • Overview

    We are seeking a motivated Creative Project Manager to join our growing team. They will be responsible for managing and supporting the creative team’s workflow and ensuring that all project elements are delivered at the highest quality and on time. The Corporate Marketing team works on a variety of creative internal and external projects spanning across various channels including print, digital and video.

    Responsibilities

    • Track all incoming project requests and in-progress projects daily
    • Constant communication with internal team members to ensure the appropriate information is relayed between teams
    • Collaborate closely with the team and Creative Director to ensure seamless workflow
    • Create and monitor timelines ensuring deadlines are met
    • Produce weekly job report and run weekly team status meetings
    • Work with outside vendors to gather specifications, pricing, schedules and ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.
    • Participate in video planning and assist with scheduling local and national video shoots
    • Attend video shoots as needed

    • Keen eye for detail
    • Strong teamwork skills
    • Great interpersonal skills are required
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
    • Ability to travel as needed

    Working Conditions

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
