    The Role:

    We are seeking an experienced, innovative marketer to join our team as we transform our internal and external client-facing initiatives to support Suffolk’s ambitious goals. Internal clients include but are not limited to the following departments: Pursuit, Business Development, Safety and Community. External efforts will focus on prospecting and client development initiatives.

     

    The Marketing Manager, Client Experience Marketing will be responsible for applying creative and strategic efforts to develop annual strategic marketing plans, programmatic initiatives and integrated cross-channel plans. This new role is an opportunity for a passionate and motivated marketer to bring the internal and external client experience to the forefront through creative planning and targeted execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize, design, create programmatic plans for specific initiatives aligned with business objectives
    • This includes end-to-end project management:
      • Project initiation
      • Business leader intake (when applicable) – briefing sessions
      • Develop creative briefs
      • Brief creative and channel teams
      • Develop marketing plans in collaboration with channel experts (digital, offline, and PR)
      • Create and track tactical deliverables lists
      • Communicate with constituents throughout the life of projects
      • Package and report cross-channel results to constituents and leadership teams
    • Prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent assignments to deliver materials that communicate clearly defined messages, quality and brand
    • Work very closely with internal Creative Studio and Channel Marketing team to deliver an exceptional client experience
    • Work closely with employee feedback team (data analytics department) to continuously evolve the client experience
    • Liaise with regional marketing partners to adapt marketing plans to regions as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline
    • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in an agency environment
    • Knowledge of construction markets a plus

    • Understanding of target audiences and insights on which to build plans
    • Relationship management and communication: persuasion, confident presence, problem-solving

    Working Conditions

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
