Liberty Construction Services works with third party recruiting agencies. We sincerely believe our continued success relies on our ability to attract top talent. We also respect the time and energy it takes to source qualified and interested candidates. Knowing this, we work with a group of preferred vendors that have been selected as a result of a screening and evaluation process by our Talent Acquisition Group. Due to the high volume of solicitations and the competitive landscape for identifying talent, we perform an annual assessment of our preferred vendor list.

If you would like to be considered as a potential future preferred vendor, please contact us at libertyrecruiting@libertycs.com and include information about your firm as well as a primary point of contact. Please note that providing this information DOES NOT qualify you as a preferred vendor.

The Assistant Project Manager supports the day-to-day project management operations on projects and provides support for the Project Manager, who is ultimately responsible for managing and coordinating all the necessary resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.   The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for reviewing and tracking contracts, pricing, purchase orders, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, insurance certificates and Requests for Information (RFI), all using Procore programs. The Superintendent is arguably the most important role on a building construction project site—this individual’s leadership is often considered the most critical factor in a project’s success. The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day job site activities, including project team performance, site conditions, compliance with our “build smart” approach and safety and quality standards, compliance with scope, and effective management of trade partners. A primary responsibility of this individual is to establish and implement the baseline schedule based on the contracts, while proactively addressing challenges that could impact the progress of work and ensuring that the work performed is consistent with the contracted scope of work.   The Superintendent must be an exceptional communicator, negotiator and arbitrator, and will serve as the client’s direct point of contact on projects. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for managing and maintaining contracts, documents and drawings; monitoring production and record rates in logbooks; and managing production documents on a daily basis so that an accurate measure of “work in place” is consistently maintained. We are looking for a candidate in the San Francisco Bay Area who wants to grow in a dynamic and innovative planning and scheduling department. This person will be planning and developing construction schedules with the field operations and preconstruction staff members. If you have a desire to advance your career and achieve a level of excellence in construction planning and scheduling while working with constant challenges, tight timeframes and impossible deadlines, then you are the preferred candidate.   Interested applicants will have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and the skills required to plan vertical construction projects using Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software. He/she will be willing to learn how to merge 3D BIM models with CPM schedules to create visual schedules, integrate lean (pull planning) methodologies with the CPM schedule, and apply innovative techniques for production management using linear schedules and takt time analytics to improve process flows.
